I have come to the conclusion that I am just stressing myself out over stuff I cannot control. (IE: Child support, etc) So instead I engage my energies into stuff that I CAN control.

I had a RAGING Migraine headache last evening but that didn’t stop me from tuning into my favorite show - HEROES!!!!!!! Now now now…….it’s been revealed that Sylar has a heart underneath all of this *to the hell with everyone else* attitude… hehe!!!!

Hope everyone had a rockin’ fantabulous weekend! I held my Yard Sale on Saturday but unfortunately I didn’t earn the revenues I needed. I sold some stuff but had hoped to sell more so I wouldn’t have to haul all this shit inside and categorize them and take pictures to list on Ebay. *sighs*

I suppose I could get more for my money at Ebay – that’s one positive way to look at it. I just abhor the idea of taking pictures, writing descriptions, coding the auction listing and shipping it. I knew there was a reason why I didn’t sell on Ebay in the first place. LOL!

Desperate times calls for desperate measures. Let’s hope I can get 75% of my listings sold at this point. I did recently sell my T-mobile Sidekick 3 for $62.00 on Ebay. I am quite pleased since I didn’t think it’d go for that much without a home charger.

I am still busy organizing for the yard sale. I must admit, now I know why people are like I HATE doing this kinda stuff!!!!! My oldest daughter conveyed to me that she was concerned that all of this stuff wouldn’t sell and that she worries if we haul it all out for sale and end up having to bring all of it back in after the sale…. LOL

I told her - “Well we can’t think that way, we must think positive young grasshopper!” I found $2.00 worth in change yesterday. I will admit that I took the change and ran up to Caseys and bought two scratch off lotto tickets… Yep I won…. I won my money back though! LMAO! Ugh! LADY LUCK COME ON…… I need you to come through for ME in a BIG way – remember the foundation I want to create… with your HELP I can create it so please… please…… PLEASE!!!! *bats her eyes in a flirtatious manner*. LOL! I know I am a dork, you don’t have to remind me, my oldest daughter reminds me on a daily basis.

My last thought before I run off and get lost in the land of “Yard Sale – come hell or high water……” is WHY is it when you finally do this, you realize you had things you forgot about or you accumulated things you really didn’t need in the first place? With children – totally understand that but me……. *scoffs* – I guess I am your ever elusive PACK RAT! OMG…….. I admitted to that? Great……. now I am totally embarrassed! LOL

I’ve found a lot of things to sell at the garage sale but I have not tackled the kids room yet, that is on the agenda TODAY. I also have decided to list up a few big ticket items on Ebay…. hopefully they will sell. I am still working on more templates when I have a spare minute or two. I just hope I can accomplish to get everything done on my own personal deadline.

Right now I am just more focused on trying to find items to sell than I am about cleaning even though it’s nagging at my cleaning OCD. *yikes* . I figured I can clean after the sale is over. No need for me to rush - since the most important thing to do is find stuff that can and will sell, price them and get them into the *yard sale box* and call it a day.

Thankfully I was able to acquire a slew of folding tables to use for the Yard Sale thanks to my friend who owns Found Treasures here in town – YOU ALL ROCK!!!! I appreciate their generosity in allowing me to use their tables. I think I am going to need at least a couple more tables. *bites her nails* Seriously!!!!!

I got contacted by Kansas Child Support Enforcement yesterday, needless to say, they’re not too happy right now with my ex and honestly neither is my daughter. One of my ex’s will be in for a rude awakening when they go after him for his drivers license here pretty soon! If he doesn’t have his DL, he will not be able to work……. Hrmm… not really my problem anymore. I have succumbed to doing what I need to do – a necessary evil I suppose.

Anyways – I don’t want to waste anymore time, I need to get BUSY with my never ending “To Do” List!!!!!!

I hope everyone out there is doing good. Several thoughts run rampant as usual… but I’ll get to those in a bit.

First up::

Heroes…..

I find it interesting how Angela Petrelli keeps shaking out those skeleton she’s kept locked up for years. It’s amazing to me how she constantly comes up with something from her past that is finally catching up to her. Last nights episode wasn’t as action packed as I am accustomed to but it all DOES make sense.

Seeing Sylar portray himself as Nathan Petrelli while Nathan is actually at Coyote Sands makes things even more interesting. If you recall from Season 1 or 2…. that in the future Sylar portrayed himself as Nathan. Now it all makes sense of what the upcoming episodes will consist of. I am sitting on pins and needles with anticipation of what will come.

Second up::

It’s occured to me that I just need to be patient and allow things to manifest on their own accord in the *looooooooooooooooove department*. LOL I realize that sounds kinda *stupid*. I have pretty much turned off my POF profile and have gone into *hiding* from the dating world for a while - in other words, I am pretty much bored and done looking – tired of looking at potential *OH HELL NO NOT IN A MILLION YEARS* kinda dudes….. LMAO.

I figure things will happen when they are ready to happen. Sometimes the cards of life doesn’t give you the ace of the play all the time and I just need to learn to gamble with what I have and when the time is right, I can ante up. - (gasps lookie! I just made yet another quote! YAY! *makes a note of it in her list of quotations*)

I haven’t given up hope yet. I am a hopeless romantic at heart but YOU personally wouldn’t know based on my personality. LMAO! The right person is somewhere out there… he’s probably got his own issues to overcome or is just like me, waiting….. but the question remains - how does two hopeless romantics whom are waiting and biding their time finally meet each other? Is it like a scene out of the movies where you keep passing each other in passing until you finally *bump* into one another?

I honestly wouldn’t know what being *loved* is all about. Is it truly all hype or is it… LOL

Oy vey….. a million and one questions.. cannot possibly write them all out here! LMAO!

Third up::

I have successfully found some folding tables to use for my Yard Sale this weekend (Thanks to my friend who owns Found Treasures here in town), I am excited and hopeful that I do pretty good turning my *non-needed* stuff into cash. The money earned from the Yard Sale would help pay some of my bills and then some. Would it be uber tacky to have a *tip* jar? What about cold canned soda drinks? Would those be too tacky? I would love to hear your input on this!

Last up::

I am still putting in bids for various projects at scriptlance — no bites yet but I am not giving up just yet! I did list up two new auction templates at Ebay. Hopefully they go over well, I know I need to crank out some more templates. I’ll post samples here after I post this blog. I have a Dell Inspirtion 1525 Dual Core laptop for sale….. $800 OBO…. please inquire within if you are interested. I would love to sell this BADLY…. Someone buy it?
